After our first outdoor session, I came back in to find Shelby, worrying by the back door. She did join us on the second outdoor playtime though. She’s a daddy’s girl for sure, but she almost made up with me by the end of the evening. So it was a FIVE wawa summer evening!

I love cats for those rainy, inside days when all you feel like doing is vegging out on the couch and petting, but for spending some quality time outside in the big green world, there is nothing like a dog, or, if you have really great friends that share, FOUR dogs! Dogs are the only ones besides agronomists that really know how to appreciate holes! So, here are some pics from my nice green summer evening with my adopted grandpups: Nalia, Monty, Charly, who are into holes, and then the older Leia, who sat with me and watched the fray, saying, “Mommy didn’t SAY that BeeBops wasn’t on my diet, did she?” The last pic is the closest thing we ever got to a group picture. In that way, dogs are really harder to deal with than kids!
