Change of plans, again
After more thinking (sometimes thinking actually pays off!) I’ve decided to leave Passion for Green as it is and designate it as my personal blog, which is pretty much business as usual. I’m starting a different blog for more professional type things. So….back to the fun blogging!
It’s seems to be the time of summer when everyone is on vacation. I’m glad I had mine early this year! I needed it! Here are a few pics from a vacation with my sister a few years back. We were in North Carolina and Virginia, reliving bygone years and visits to our aunt and the ocean.
I’ve loved the roar of the waves, the sand, the seagulls and shells, ever since I was a teenager….morning walks on the beach, sunsets, the smell of fish, the taste of crab cakes and other fish…good memories.
The reason for no posts
I’m stuck between two blogs here! My plan is to turn A Passion for Green into my professional blog and start putting personal things on a different blog, but there are some decisions I’m still wresting with. My personal blog will probably be at blogspot and I don’t know if I’ll be able to move old posts over there from here at wordpress……so my past, more personal stuff may get dumped. Here on a Passion for Green I plan to write about plants, nature and sustainability topics. Anyway, that’s the plan. Until then, here are a few random pics to make up for my silence!
A hummingbird nest shown to us by the lady who hosts Hummingbird Haven. It’s made of plant fluff, spider webs and dried lichen and it’s the softest thing you’ve even touched in your life!
Speaking of soft, here is some milkweed fluff.
Some soft fluffy clouds. Oh that I could have a heart as soft as some of these! Now to bed on my soft pile of pillows.
